a. Information Provided by Schools (Our Clients): When a school or educational institution subscribes to our service, they provide us with information about their institution and its members. This may include:
Student Information: Full name, date of birth, grade, class, student ID number, address, and parent/guardian contact details.
Parent/Guardian Information: Full name, email address, phone number, and relationship to the student.
Teacher & Staff Information: Full name, email address, phone number, and subjects taught.
b. Information You Provide Directly to Us:
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a password.
Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

Within the School Community: Information is shared within a school's closed user group as intended by the service. For example, a teacher may view information about the students in their class, and parents may view information related to their own child.
